Bel appartement ensoleillé mais vieillissant. (Insonorisation très insuffisante : circulation nocturne très bruyante; aménagements cuisine et salle de bains vieillots, lumière largement insuffisante)

Pas de 1ere jeunesse mais qu'importe, il demeure en très bon état et l'ultra fonctionnalité de cette location remplit à merveilles les attentes qu'on peut en attendre.
