Le canapé-lit n'est pas confortable, il grince énormément et ne mesure que 120cm (trop petit pour deux). L'annonce devrait préciser que l'appart se trouve au rez, contre la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Le va-et-vient des gens occasionne beaucoup de bruit (surtout avec les chaussures de ski).
