Cet appartement est mal isolé (vous entendez le voisin du niveau inférieur ronflé et regarder la TV. Il est au-dessus d'appartements de fumeurs. Une chambre double est complétement envahie par la fumée de cigarette qui se repend dans la pièce de vie. Les lits doubles sont simples. A fuir.
