This South-West facing apartment has a balcony with views over the Chavannes slopes. Its ideal location allows you to make the most of your stay in the resort, just 30 m from the ESF ski school, at the foot of the Chavannes slopes and only a few steps from shops, restaurants and resort activities.

Surface area of 60 m² - sleeps 6/8 - 2 bedrooms + 1 cabin area:
- Fully equipped kitchenette
- Living/dining room with 2 sofas, including 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2), with access to the balcony/terrace
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 210 cm) (sleeps 2)
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (2 mattresses of 80 x 210 cm) (sleeps 2)
- One cabin area with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom
- Separate WC
FOR YOUR COMFORT:
Electric heating, French-English-Dutch satellite TV, microwave, blankets and duvets, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, iron, video player, DVD player, baby high chair, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
Ski locker. Private closed garage in the residence’s underground car park (height: 2 m, width: 2.5 m).
2 bicycle hooks are available in the garage.
