Shops are located on the ground floor of the residence. E4 on the tourist office map. 1 private parking space in the underground garage. Central heating. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Laundry room in the basement equipped with a washing machine and dryer + storage shelves for all apartments in the residence. Summer Multipass membership required. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or apartment; please contact the concierge for bicycle rentals.
