mauvaise literie, lits superposés branlants, réveil quasiment tous les jours à 5h30 à cause des engins de la station (déneigement).
très peu de rangements dans l'appartement, pas de porte-manteaux.
seulement 2 plaques de cuisson, aucun appareil à raclette, pas de four, peu de vaisselle.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Vos remarques concernant la literie, les équipements et les rangements ont été transmises au propriétaire afin d’y apporter des améliorations. Concernant les engins de déneigement, ils interviennent effectivement de nuit afin que la station soit praticable dès le matin. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau aux Gets.

Ce logement est horrible
Literie complètement veille nous sentons les ressorts et le sommier est cassée nous n'avons pas dormi des 7 nuits
Le logement est mal équipé ( pas d'économe, rien n'est mis à disposition )
Propreté à revoir (toile d'araignée sur les murs, sdb et toilettes non nettoyer)

Merci pour votre retour. L’agence nous a confirmé que vos remarques ont bien été transmises au propriétaire du logement et que la literie sera remplacée en fin de saison et que certains équipements seront renouvelés ou complétés à cette même période afin d’améliorer le confort du logement. Par ailleurs, lors de votre passage au bureau de l’agence le jeudi — et non le lundi comme prévu pour tout signalement — l’accueil s’est déroulé de manière cordiale, permettant aux deux parties de s’exprimer sereinement.
