Ce qui serait à améliorer c'est l'insonorisation, on entend les voisins du haut marcher ça résonne, quand un locataire tire la chasse d'eau on dirait qu'il y a un éboulement et enfin il y a toujours une ventilation qui tourne toute la nuit dans la cuisine (pas la ventilation de la cuisson).
