Dear customer,
We thank you for taking the time to complete this survey, we are sorry to read that your stay was not up to your expectations.
From what we’ve gathered through the reception desk, two avoidable issues were brought to us, which are, the departure time expected of you and the cleaning of your accommodation.
Just like the vast mojority of our colleagues in hotels, resorts, camp sites and so on, we kindly ask our customer to leave at 10 am, which is a rather standard procedure. You fail to mention that we did allow you to leave at 11.30 am, while we were fully booked that same week end and had to take care of our numerous accommodations…
Finally, you seemed surprised that the cleaning of your accommodation was expected of you, since you did not wish to do it, we provided you with our service (end of stay cleaning) for an extra, as mentionned on our websites and our partener’s too.
Nonetheless, we do hope that you managed to enjoy your stay and the ski resort.
