Conforme au descriptif. Quelques équipements dégradés (pas de télécommande pour le téléviseur, manque de certaines pièces qui ont rendu des équipements inutilisable, cocotte minute...).
Emplacement agréable, à proximité de l'arrêt de la navette.
Garage et casier à ski sont un plus indéniable.
