Logement bien situé avec une agréable vu . Bonne disposition des pièces. Logement ancien qui a été un peu rénové mais renovation de l espace cuisine qui est trop petit et d origine à prévoir mais il est bien équipé en vaisselle en revanche. Dans l ensemble logement agréable .

Appartement bien situé mais qui a besoin d'un rafraichissement : appareil à raclette vétuste, pose chaussures à l'entrée défectueux, les 2 matelas superposés sur le sommier du bas dans la chambre non confortables et pas à la bonne largeur du sommier, toile cirée sur table à mangervieillotte et sale.
