Très bien, mais il me semble que nous étions les seuls locataires à cet étages. Du coup le calme était de rigueur. Petit bémol sur le garage, car celui ci est tout neuf (comme le reste) mais il ne permet pas au voiture équipée de coffre de toit de rentrer...
