Très bruyant. Le logement mériterait d'être isolé phonétiquement. L'etage de l'appartement n'est pas agréable. Le velux est très abîmé, il est impossible à ouvrir. Il n'est plus étanche. L'eau coule sur le lit lorsqu'on ouvre le rideau occultant.

l'emplacement est bruyant, proche de la route et de l'église. le clic clac dans la chambre du haut, il est impossible de dormir à deux.
