Avis assez favorable, petit bémol pour la cuisine assez usagée et avec équipement minimum pour cuisiner. Radiateur sèche serviette de la salle de bain no fonctionne pas correctement (reste froid sur la moitié haute et chauffe insuffisamment la salle de bain).
