Logement plien sud très chaud, même sans mettre beaucoup de chauffage.
Garage fermé attenant à l'appartement situé au même niveau.
Sentiment de sécurité, calme et propriétaire formidable et disponible. Simplicité et confort pour récupérer et restituer les clés.
