Situated 200m from shops, 450m from the slopes and Chavannes gondola, and 600m from the ESF ski school. Communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer; no private ski locker. Outdoor parking for 2 cars to the right of the residence. Central heating. Bicycles are prohibited inside the residence and apartment; please arrange for external bicycle storage. Summer 2026 Multipass membership included with your stay.
Description: Entrance vestibule – Large, bright living/dining area with TV corner – Open-plan kitchen fully equipped for the living area (large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, gas range cooker, filter coffee machine, toaster, extractor hood, and overhead/base cupboards with cookware) – 3 bedrooms with two single beds (90cm) and en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet) plus storage – 1 large bedroom with two single bunk beds (90cm) and one double bed (160cm), plus en-suite bathroom (small bathtub/sitz bath, sink, toilet) – 1 bedroom with one double bed (140cm) and one single bed (90cm), plus wardrobe and en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet) – Underfloor heating – No pets allowed – Carpeting in bedrooms – Non-smoking.
- BED LINEN AND TOWELS are included in the rental price (please note: this is a paid extra for short stays). - Cleaning is included in the rental price for the months of January and March; it is a paid option during school holidays.
