Situated 300 m from the main shopping street and 400 m from the ESF ski school and the slopes. A laundromat and bakery are located on the ground floor of building A of the residence. Private parking is available in a shared underground garage. Electric heating. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange for bicycle storage.

Comprising: Entrance hall - Equipped kitchen area (2 ceramic hobs and electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso Inissia coffee machine, kettle, storage cupboards with cookware) - Living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm) + a TV, access to the balcony + garden furniture, with unobstructed views - Sleeping alcove enclosed by a blackout curtain equipped with two single bunk beds (90 cm) - Bathroom (bathtub, sink) - Separate toilet - Ski locker - Electric heating
