Nous vous remercions pour votre retour et sommes ravis d’apprendre que vous avez globalement passé un bon séjour.
Concernant votre remarque sur la propreté de l’appartement, nous sommes toutefois surpris. En effet, vous avez été accueilli à votre arrivée et aucun point particulier n’a été signalé à ce moment-là. De même, au cours de votre séjour, nous n’avons reçu aucune information relative à un éventuel problème de propreté.
Par ailleurs, lors de votre départ, nous avons constaté que l’appartement nécessitait un nettoyage complet.
Nous ne comprenons donc pas pleinement votre commentaire et restons bien entendu à votre disposition pour en échanger davantage et mieux comprendre votre retour.
