Appartement suffisamment spacieux pour une famille avec deux ados, bien équipé, agréable à vivre avec une terrasse appréciable (pour un petit-déjeuner au soleil ou en fin d'après-midi, à l'ombre, les jours de fortes chaleurs). L'emplacement en plein centre, à proximité de tout, est un plus.
