malgré une réfection à neuf de bonne qualité, il reste à changer le canapé lit : trop petit et de mauvaise qualité, ce qui est dommage. Par ailleurs, l'appartement gagnerait à être rééquipé en vaisselle uniforme et en quantité (4 fourchettes et verres totalement dépareillés).
