Presentation

Very nice studio 20 m2 for 4 persons entirely renovated, on the second floor of a small condominium. The residence "Le Grand Paradis" is located at the beginning of the road of Chavannes, in the Old Village and just a step from the center station and the ski runs. Very pleasant apartment.

- Living room : equipped kitchnette (induction cooker with 2 burners, top fridge without freezer, extractor hood, mini-oven, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), toaster, electric kettle, top fridge, small wine cellar.
Living room area with BZ (140x200), dining area with table, 2 chairs and 2 stools.
- Access to the balcony: artificial grass, garden furniture (table + 4 chairs)

- 1 parking space in the underground parking of the residence
