LE GRIZZLI RESIDENCE - Ideally located at the foot of the Chavannes ski slopes (Portes du Soleil), just 1 km from the village centre.
This 20 m² ground-floor studio apartment, facing west, is the perfect choice for a stay in any season. In winter, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access. During the summer, take advantage of the residence's outdoor swimming pool, as well as the nearby Lake des Écoles and tennis courts (100 m away). A free shuttle bus stop is also located close to the residence.
THIS ACCOMMODATION INCLUDES:
20 m² - Terrace - Sleeps up to 4 guests
- Fully equipped living room with a foldaway single bed.
- Separate lounge area with a sofa bed and a double mezzanine bed (accessed by a ladder; not suitable for young children or guests with reduced mobility). Clearance height under the mezzanine: less than 1.20 m.
- Private terrace.
- Bathroom with WC.
FOR YOUR COMFORT:
Electric heating, induction hob, microwave, oven, TV, vacuum cleaner, duvets and pillows, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washer-dryer, clothes drying rack and raclette machine.
Outdoor parking is available within the residence (no allocated parking space).
Private ski locker located beneath the garage.
No Wi-Fi.
