LOCATION : Studio in the Residence "Le Grizzli", ski in/ski-out on the Chavannes slopes (Portes du Soleil), 1km from the village center Les Gets. Heated swimming pool and tennis court in the summer.
EXPOSURE : WEST FACING - TERRACE - GREAT VIEW TO THE SLOPES OF LES CHAVANNES AND THE SWIMMING POOL.
DESCRIPTION : Studio of 20 sq.m. at the ground floor of the residence. 4 guests maximum, including :
- Living area with kitchen all equiped
- Sitting area separated with a sofa and a double bed in the mezzanine. Mezzanine accessible by ladder, not suitable for young children or disabled persons. Height in mezzanine <1.20m)
- 1 bathroom with toilet
- Terrace
COMFORT EQUIPMENT : electric heating, microwave oven,TV,duvets, coffee machine, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer.
Parking outside, no private spot. skis locker under the garage. No WIFI
> No linen included (possible to rent it through the agency).
Double bed linen : 25 euros
Single bed linen : 22 euros
Set of towels : 15 euros
end of stay cleaning: 90 euros
