L'appartement est bien situé et fonctionnel. Cependant la vaisselle est insuffisante pour quatre personnes (manque de couverts, casseroles trop petites, etc.) et la table est quasiment cassée. Il manque aussi un double des clés complets permettant d'accéder à l'immeuble et au casier à sksi.
