Prévenir qu'il y a un bar de nuit juste en dessous (par principe). Le canapé lit est vétuste, creux, il grince et fait mal au dos. Changez la porte fenêtre serait un réel plus pour une meilleure insonorisation. Précisez les numéros de chambre sur les casiers au sous sol me parait etre une évidence.

Réponse de la personne responsable du logement : Cher Monsieur, nous vous remercions de votre retour et avons pris bonne note de vos remarques. C’est pourquoi nous avons changé la porte fenêtre avec un double vitrage qui atténue les bruits et agencé le studio avec un nouveau canapé lit tout confort.

Appartement bien placé et très bien optimisé. Rien à dire là-dessus. En revanche, beaucoup de nuisances sonores puisqu’il est situé au dessus d’un restaurant et les clients rient et parlent tous les soirs jusqu’à minuit!! Du coup grosse déception et prix élevé !
