If you want the secret recipe for 6 people:
600 to 700 g crozet,
1 onion,
1 reblochon (about 500g)
900 g bacon,
salt, pepper.
 
Boil a saucepan of salted water, then once the water boils, pour in the crozets and cook according to the package (about 12 to 15 minutes). Drain them when cooked. Meanwhile, cut the onions and fry them in a pan with the bacon until they are golden brown. For the assembly, in a baking dish, add onions, bacon, crozets, salt, pepper and mix everything. Evenly distribute in the dish and finish by adding the lamellar reblochon on top. Once the assembly is complete, put the dish in the oven preheated to 200°C until the cheese is melted and slightly over the top (about 20-25 minutes of cooking), serve and enjoy.

You can of course decline this recipe from croziflette to tartiflette by replacing the crozets with potatoes.
