Ne nous correspondait pas, trop sombre et bruyant par rapport aux voisins. Meriterait une meilleure isolation et un meilleur canapé.

excellente localisation le tarif moins élevé est sûrement dû à l'ancienneté de la décoration (retour aux 80's, voir 60's pour le carrelage !!) et de certains équipements (robinets eau chaude/eau froide,..), ce qui ne nous dérangeait pas
