Nestled in its green setting with an unobstructed view of the village and the Marcelly peak, it offers top-of-the-range services and comfort. Everything is done to welcome you with the most noble materials. Located close to the first slopes, you will only have to walk a few dozen metres to enjoy the snowy descents.
End your day in the outdoor jacuzzi or sip an aperitif in the custom-made garden furniture at lunchtime, in the sunshine, in front of a brazier, or listen to music on the outdoor terrace with the installed sound system.

Chalet of 200m² on two levels.
Entrance from the upper level:
- Access to the ski room with 10 storage lockers, electric boot dryer, ski rack.
- Access to the main room composed of a kitchen open to the living room with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, all the necessary small appliances, high quality crockery (all utensils are Le Creuset brand)
- Living room with a large dining table for 10 people, 1 large sofa and a central fireplace.
The main room has access to the outside terrace.
- A "TV lounge" room with sofa and TV.
- A separate toilet in the entrance.
Access to the lower level:
- A master suite, with 200 x 200 cm beds having access to the terrace - An en suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC - Large capacity double door storage cupboard.
- One bedroom en suite with beds 200 x 200 cm with access to the terrace - One shower room en suite - 1 TV - Large storage cupboards
- One bedroom en suite with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed - One shower room with WC - Large storage cupboards.
