Myrtilles pie, our secret recipe
Myrtilles pie is a delicious dessert made with a kind of blueberries, that are sweeter and more sour.

Ingredients:
For the pastry:
- 300gr of flour
- 200gr of unsalted butter, cold and in cubes
-  100gr of icing sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 or 4 tbsp of cold water

For the garnish:
- approximatly 3 cups of myrtilles
- sugar
- 2 tbsp of flour
- Half a lemon juice

1. Make the pastry. 
- In a bowl, mix the flour, the sugar and the salt.
- Add the butter and mix with your hands until it looks like sand.
- Add cold water, a spoon at the time, until the pastry starts to form.
- Shape a ball, wrap it in plastic film and let it rest at least 30min in the fridge.

2. Preheat the oven at 200°C.

3. Roll the pastry out on a floured work surface to fit your pie tin.The pie tin must be greased before the pastry is placed in it.

4. Make the garnish:
- In a bowl, mix the myrtilles with the sugar, the flour and the lemon juice. Make sure to coat well all the myrtilles.

5. Make the pie, by putting the garnish on top of the pastry.

6. Bake the pie during 40-45 min or until the pastry is golden and the myrtilles tender and caramelized.

7. Let it cool before cutting it.
