Our secret recipe for Fondue Savoyarde !

Savoyard fondue is a tasty and convivial traditional dish !
To liven up your vacation in Les Gets, we're going to share our secret Savoyard recipe with you

Here is the list of ingredients for 4 people: 
250 grams Comté cheese 
250 grams vacherin cheese 
300 grams beaufort cheese 
1 clove garlic 
300 ml dry white wine 
1 pinch grated nutmeg 
1 egg
Bread, cut into cubes 
 
Instructions: 
Rub the fondue pot with a peeled clove of garlic, to add flavor to your fondue. 
Finely grate the cheeses 
Heat the wine in a saucepan over low heat, then pour over the cheese.
Stir constantly with a wooden spoon, forming an "8" shape
until smooth and creamy. 
Season the fondue with nutmeg and pepper.
 
The fondue is now ready to enjoy ! You can now dip your bread into the fondue
Watch out for those who drop a piece into the dish! A token is provided ! 
 
At the end of your fondue, break an egg into the fondue pot to loosen the cheese stuck to the bottom.
You'll be able to finish your meal with scrambled eggs and cheese !
