Pine tree liqueur recipe
Pine tree liqueur is a traditional alcoholic beverage.

Here is a simple recipe:

Ingredients:
- 100gr of pine needles, fresh and clean
- 1l of vodka or neutral alcool
- 200gr of sugar

1. Take the pine needles from a healthy and clean pine tree. Don't go to trees that are chemically treated. Rince them.
2. Chop finely the pine needles, to free the aroma. 
3. Place them in a glass jar, clean and dry. Pour the vodka and immerse them. Close the jar hermetically.
4. Let the mix sit during, at least 2 weeks, in a dark and fresh place. The more it macerates, the tastier it will get.
5. Filter the liquide with a thin sieve. Press the needles to extract all the flavors.
6. Make a syrup. Put water and sugar in a pan and, on medium heat, mix until the sugar is completly dissolve. Let it cool.
7. Add the syrup to the pine needles infusion. Taste it and add sugar if you want.
8. Filter once again if needed and transfer your liqueur in clean bottles. Seal them.
9. Let the liqueur sit during a few weeks.
10. Enjoy your liqueur on its own, on ice-cream or in cocktails.

Don't forget that the pine needles harvest has to be done responsibly, trying not to take all the needles in one tree.
