Appartement à la décoration montagnarde, bien équipé. Garage et stationnement devant la maison. Deux salles de bains et deux WC, mais la salle de bains et les toilettes de l'étage n'ont pas de verrou. La télévision a été inutilisable, un message pas de signal s'affichait sur l'écran.
