A few tips before you start your lesson:
Remember to be well equipped, as temperatures at altitude are very cold.
You'll need :
* A ski suit or a warm ski jacket
* Depending on weather conditions, a pair of sunglasses or a ski mask may be necessary.
* Special ski gloves, preferably waterproof and warm
* Sunscreen in case of sun
