What are the advantages to book the services with Les Gets Reservation?

First of all, the advantages are tariff. Indeed, we benefit from various reductions according to the periods of stays. Don’t hesitate to contact us to know amounts. Furthermore, all your services will be ready the day of your arrival ! Over the wait with the different service providers.

Where is the office of Les Gets Reservation?

Our office is located at the same place as the Tourist Office, in la Maison des Gets, at the heart of the village. Address: 89 route du front de neige, 74260 Les Gets, France When you enter the building from the main door, Les Gets Reservation is the counter situated immediately at your right hand side

What are the opening hours of Les Gets Réservation?

Winter (mid-december until end of March): From Monday to Friday: 9.00-12.00 / 14.00-18.00 Saturday: 9.00-18.30 Sunday: 8.30-12.00 (midday) Closed in the afternoon. Is the linen included in the accommodation?

Pillows and blankets or duvets are always included in the accommodations. However the linen (bedlinen and towels) is not systematically included. Please refer to the complete description of each accommodation. You have the possibility to choose easily an accommodation with included linen, selecting the criteria « Bed linen and towels provided » in the fittings list on our website. If linen isn’t included, we propose you the rental of linen in addition.

Is the end of stay cleaning included in the reservation?

In most of the accommodations, the end of stay cleaning has to be made by the tenant before leaving the accommodation.  However some owners may include this service or propose it as an option with a supplement. Thank you to refer to the complete description of each accommodation to know if it is included or with extra fee. You have the possibility to choose easily an accommodation with cleaning included, selecting the criteria « Final cleaning included » in the fittings list on our website.  Would it be included in the price of the accommodation or with a supplement, the cleaning do not include the cleaning of the kitchen area.  In order to make the cleaning easier for the owner or the cleaning team, we thank you to leave the accommodation in a correct state, kitchen corner cleaned, dishes and plates washed (or run the dishwasher if the accommodation is equipped with one) and rubbish bin emptied.

How to add services to my booking?

You can add services at any time to your reservation by contacting us (by phone or by e-mail), or through your customer account. Services must be added and paid at the latest 15 days before the beginnning of the stay to enable Les Gets Reservation to order them. Please note some services and option may be subject to availability.

How and where to collect the services ordered?

To enable us to manage orders, the services must be booked and paid at the latest 15 days before the beginning of your stay (please note some services and option may be subject to availability). Collection upon arrival at the estate agency: if your accommodation is managed by an estate agency, your options or services will be delivered directly to the agency in charge of the handing over of the keys. Options sent by post: if you have chosen an accommodation from a private owner, your options will be sent by post free of charge. Collection at Les Gets Reservation's desk: you will need to come to Les Gets Reservation counter only if you have reserved a pocket wifi hotspot, as you will need to leave a damage deposit for the device.

Are there any additional costs?

Not included in the accommodation price: -Application fees are added to the amount of the accommodation: 20€ for stays of 3 nights and more, and 4€ for stays of 1 or 2 nights. -The tourist tax is added to the amount of the accommodation and will be perceived by Les Gets Reservation (payment at the same time as the deposit). The amount of the tourist tax is a maximum of 3€/day/person of 18 years and over, according to the ranking of your accommodation. -Multirisks stay insurance: 4.5% of the total booking amount. This insurance is optional. -A damage deposit has to be paid before entering the premises. The amount is fixed by the owner of the accommodation. Service charge (waters and electricity) are included in the rent.

What are the terms and conditions of my booking?

Once your accommodation is chosen, we shall ask you to settle a 25 % deposit under 3 days to validate your booking. Further to the payment of your deposit, you will receive a contract by email that confirms your reservation. The balance has to be paid one month before your arrival. If you have paid your deposit by bank card, the balance will be automatically debited the day after the due date from the same card unless you indicate otherwise.
